Is there a subscription?

No. There's no monthly fee and no minimum number of orders. You only pay when you use Socks.

When does surge pricing apply?

During peak times — typically weekend evenings and around holidays — when Sockster availability is tight. The app always shows you the final price before you confirm, including any surge adjustment.

How big is one bag?

About one hamper-load (~15 lbs of dry laundry). Your reusable Socks. bag is included on your first pickup.

What if I have just a few items?

Orders of 2 bags or fewer have a $5/bag small-order fee. This keeps Sockster compensation fair regardless of order size — the pickup and delivery effort is the same.

Do you accept tips?

Tips are optional and go 100% to your Sockster. You can tip in the app after delivery.
